Survived the first day of work...but today, Tuesday is not starting out good. Made my tea this am, waited for it to steep and checked emails. Checked tea early--impatient today and it was pale...nuts, wait longer. Pour cup of tea...no colour...just water. Forgot to put the tea leaves in. ARGH. LOL. Oh well...tea is now made and I'm sipping away.

I hope the tea was finally steeped enough - Joe says he mights as well drink hot water as my tea, I give the tea bag a swish and then remove it as I don't enjoy strong tea.
Hope your day was better once you arrived at work! We will be interested in hearing how the job is going (I know, hard to tell after a couple of days).

I'm so relieved you are there. I'm happy you got the keys to your apartment. I'm thrilled the kittens arrived safely. All the rest of unpacking will fall into place. Concentrate on the job, getting to know people, finding out what you are doing and look for the "fun" in it and not the Oh My God stuff. Give yourself time, and do enjoy. Your family will welcome you each night and you will learn of their daily adventures. That should put a smile on your face and a laugh in your belly.
